DETAILS: Upholstery: The IDENTITY Ergonomic Computer Chair is upholstered in front in your choice of fabric: Camira's Advantage and Bradbury's Flamblend ranges are very popular. Seat and Backrest: The backrest has a square shape with rounded edges and a lumbar curve for your proper ergonomic posture. And the seat has a waterfall front to comfort the back of your knees. The chair has a Seat Slide as standard, to adjust the seat depth by 5cm. The backrest is also height-adjustable, and has an air-pump lumbar support for even better ergonomic protection of your back. Both seat and backrest have black plastic protective rear shells. Armrests and Base: The arms are height-adjustable and can be folded away neatly when not in use. The armrests are a soft polyurethane for the comfort of your arms and elbows. These fold-away arms can be substituted with just height-adjustable polyurethane arms, fixed-height nylon arms or no arms at all. The 5-Star Base (foot) of the chair is black to match the colour of the chair's frame and arms. Seat-Height Adjustment: You can adjust the height of the seat to sit between 46 and 56 cm above the floor. (1.) Sit on the chair and push the adjustment lever upwards to lower the height of the seat. (2.) Stand up from the chair and push the adjustment lever upwards to raise the height of the seat. The adjustment lever can be found under the seat, on your right when you are sitting in the chair. Multi-lock Tilt/Recline: You can release the backrest of your office chair so that it tilts backwards (independently of the seat) as you recline. When released, the backrest will maintain contact with your back as you lean backwards in the chair. You can also adjust the angle of the seat, for example, to cause you to sit more upright. Adjust the recline-tension of the backrest to suit your body weight by turning the knob underneath the seat. You can independently lock the seat and backrest so that they give you a firm support in the upright-seated position and in any of 4 backrest-reclined positions. The seat and backrest tilt-adjustment levers are found underneath the seat, on the right as you sit in the chair. Push the levers upwards to release the seat or backrest tilt; push the levers downwards to lock the seat or backrest at the desired tilt angle.
