It is delivered fully assembled. Armrest, Headrest and Backrest Adjustments: Back Angle Adjustment Back angle adjusts separately to maximise comfort for all users. Tilt-Lock Control Pull up on the lever to the left of the seat and the tilting action of the chair moves freely, push down on the lever and the seat/back angle is locked in position. Seat Depth Adjustment A sliding mechanism (MD) allows forward and backward movement. Back Height Adjustment Grasp the back, lift it gradually to position the lumbar support in the right spot for your body. Lower the back by lifting to the top position to reset the ratchet. Multi-Tilt Control Encourages the ability to angle the seat forward, to relieve pressure under the thighs. Arm Width Adjustment Width-Adjustment is standard. Release the cam levers under the seat, and slide the arms in or out. Armcap Depth Adjustment Slide arms forward or backward to position them for your desired preference.
